淮海经济区儿童全血中5种微量元素含量及相关因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解淮海经济区儿童全血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种微量元素含量及相关因素,为正常参考值的确立提供科学依据。方法采用原子吸收光谱法对该地区1 018名健康儿童(男629名,女389名),按照年龄分为5组,分别测定其指血中5种微量元素的浓度。然后对数据进行统计学分析,以研究其随年龄、性别而变化的规律。结果检测的5项指标中,铁存在性别间差异(男性高于女性)及年龄相关性,锌、钙呈年龄相关性;铁、锌值均随着年龄的增加而升高,而钙值随着年龄的增加而降低;血铜、镁含量不存在性别、年龄差异。结论不同性别、不同年龄的儿童全血中铁、锌、钙含量不同,而铜、镁与性别、年龄几乎无关。 Objective To investigate the whole blood contents and related factors of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe in children in the Huaihai Economic Region to identify their normal range for scientific purposes. Methods 1 018 healthy children in the Region were divided into sex and 5 age groups to study the blood contents of the 5 trace elements by atom absorption spectrum method (AAS). The data were processed to reveal the relationship of the levels to sex and age. Results Fe was found to be higher in boys than in girls. Fe and Zn increased with age, while Ca level became lower. No changes in Cu and Mg were found to be related to sex or age. Conclusion Age and sex factors are relevant to the blood levels of Fe, Zn and Ca, but not to those of Cu and Mg in the children residing in Huaihai Economic Region.
