摘要
知识经济时代的来临,使高校科研工作从单独服务于教学与注重基础研究转向了更大发展空间,即进一步强化了高校科研机构在国家创新系统中的作用。不仅可以针对企业生产实践提出的重大课题组织科研攻关,与企业联合开发高新技术项目,同时知名大学自己创办的产学研基地和技术产业更是在推动国家高新技术产业发展方面发挥了巨大作用。
The arrival of knowledge economy offers a broader space for the research in colleges to shift from solely serving teaching and focusing on basic research. In this way the role of research institutes in colleges in the national innovation system has been strengthened. Colleges can not only research on the major subjects from enterprises during their production but also collaborate with enterprises to develop hi -tech projects. At the same time, the production, teaching and research base or technological industries founded by famous universities will play a bigger role in boosting the development hi -tech industries.
