摘要
对新余高等专科学校大部分教师体育锻炼现状进行了调查,以全面了解该校教师健康意识和体育健身开展情况。调查表明:新余高专教师关心健康的意识比较高,但参与健身行动的体育人口偏少;教师选择跑步和乒乓球作为健身项目的较多。提出了改进这一现状的对策和建议。
This paper investigates the status quo of teachers＇physical training in Xinyu College so as to know the teachers＂ health consciousness and physical training. The results show that the teachers take good care of their own health, but minority of them take part in physical training and that most of them choose running and table tennis as their sports. The authors put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
