摘要
对68例腹部肥胖病人在门诊采用局部浸润麻醉行腹部吸脂术,吸脂量在200～900ml,术后不需置负压引流,也不需住院治疗。
The operation of absorbed adipose in the 68 cases of patients with abdominal fat were per- formed under the local infiltration anesthesia.200 to 900 ml abdominal adipose was absorbed.It need'nt lay negative pressure drain.The area of operated was bound up by aproper way after the operation.The patient also need'nt stay in the hospital.
