摘要
患者男，32岁，行走中被汽车撞伤右髋部后跌倒，右臀部着地，右臀部及腹股沟处剧烈疼痛4H被救送入院，体检，右髋部皮肤有轻微挫伤伤痕，皮肤完整无伤口，骨盆部及双髋部无明显畸形及血肿，腹部脏器及腰部触诊阴性，
