摘要
目的:合成对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖苷酰胺类衍生物。方法:对羟基苯甲酸先与胺反应,生成的酰胺再与溴代四乙酰葡萄糖反应,合成了三个对羟基苯甲酸葡萄糖苷酰胺类化合物。结果与结论:其结构经元素分析、IR的验证,三种化合物均未见文献报道。
Objective： To synthesize p - hydroxybenzamides glucoside- derivatives. Methods： p - hydroxybenzamides was first synthesized by condensation ofp -hydroxybenzoic acid and amine, then p - hydroxybenzamides glucoside was prepared by condensation of p - Hydroxybenzamides and acetobromoglucose. Results and Conclusion： 3 compounds were identified by elementary analysis and IR spectra.
