摘要
介绍了马钢冷连轧机组乳化液系统的组成及作用,分析了投产初期乳化液在使用过程中出现热划伤产生的机理及轧后板面清洁度低的原因,在实际生产中采取了积极有效的措施,成功解决了热划伤的难题,提高了马钢冷硬卷的板面清洁度。
The construction and function of the emulsion system in Masteel＇s PL-TCM are introduced. Mechanism of hot scratch and causes of low cleanliness of rolled strip at the initial stage of emulsion application are analyzed. Active measures have been taken to successfully solve these problems.
