摘要
阐述了传统绩效管理的弊端和平衡记分卡的内涵及其作用,运用模糊综合评价从平衡记分卡的非财务性指标出发对企业的绩效进行了评价。
This paper expounds the malpractices of traditional performance management and the connotations and functions of balanced scorecard, and starting from the non-financial indexes of balanced scorecard, evaluates enterprise' s performance by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
