摘要 介绍了合理使用的概念、范围及其认定标准,并就图书馆服务中复制权的合理使用问题进行了探讨,进而提出了完善我国图书馆服务中复制权合理使用制度的建议。 This paper introduces the concept, scope and qualifying standard of the fair use, probes into the fair use in the copy service of library, and advances some suggestions on perfecting the fair use system of copy right in Chinese library service.
