摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定注射用黄藤素粉针剂中盐酸巴马汀的含量.方法:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水-磷酸二氢钾-十二烷基磺酸钠(300 ml∶200 ml∶1.7 g∶0.85 g)为流动相,检测波长为345 nm.结果:盐酸巴马汀在0.0101~0.0504 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997 (n = 5 ).平均回收率为99.35% (RSD = 0.99%, n = 5).结论: 该法简便、快速、准确、稳定,重现性好.
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of palmatine hydroehloride in lyophilized fibrauretinum for injection by HPLG. Method:The column of C18 was used and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of aeetonitrile - water - potassium dihydrogen phosphate - sodium dodecyl sulfonate (300 ml : 200 ml : 1.7 g : 0. 85 g). The detection wavelength was set at 345 nm. Re,lilt. palmatine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0101-0. 0504μg/ml ( r =0. 9997, n = 5). The average recovery was 99. 35% ( RSD = 0.99%, n=5). Conclusion:The HPLC method for determination of the content of palmatine hydrochloride in lyophilized fibranretinum is simple, rapid, accurate and steady with good repeatability.
