摘要 超临界CO2萃取法提取烟叶中的茄尼醇的最佳工艺条件为:压力30MPa,夹带剂为95%乙醇,萃取温度35℃,用HPLC方法测定超临界提取物中茄尼醇的含量,结果准确,方法简便快速,取得了满意的结果。 Supercritical CO2 extraction was applied to the extraction of solanesol from tobacco leaves. The optimized conditions are: CO2 pressure is 30Mpa, temperature is 35℃, granularity of material is 95% ethanol, The determination of solanesol in the extraction of tobacco leaves by HPLC is fast, accurate and reproducible.
