摘要
自行设计了高压汽液平衡数据的测定装置,实现汽液两相在线气相色谱分析。在压力0.305~2.036MPa、温度303.15,333.15,363.15K的条件下,测定了乙烯-甲苯二组分物系的汽液平衡数据。汽液平衡数据满足热力学一致性检验。由实验数据对乙烯-甲苯二组分物系的汽相采用Peng-Robinson方程、液相采用NRTL方程进行关联,得到NRTL方程的二元交互作用参数。乙烯-甲苯二组分物系的汽液平衡数据的计算值与实验值的平均偏差为3.14%,最大偏差为10.68%。
Isothermal vapor - liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of ethylene - toluene binary system under high- pressure were measured by a self- made apparatus. The vapor and liquid samples could be analyzed online by means of gas chromatography. The VLE data of the binary system were determined under 0.305 -2. 036 MPa at 303. 15, 333. 15 and 363. 15 K. The VLE data can meet demand of thermodynamic consistency test. Correlation of experimental data was carried out by means of Peng- Robinson (PR) equation for gas phase and NRTL equation for liquid phase. The average deviation between experimental data and correlated results is 3.14% and the maximum deviation is 10.68%. The VLE data of ethylene - toluene binary system can be calculated by PR - NRTL equation.
