摘要
完善的研发组织体系是保证公司技术领先的关键。本文分析了国外石油公司研发组织体系的模式和特点,对我国石油公司研发组织体系的现状、存在的问题进行了研究,提出了完善和优化我国石油公司研发组织体系的对策建议。
A perfect R＆D organizational systems is the key to ensure a company keeping leading technology. This article analyzed the different patterns and the characteristics of overseas oil companies＇ R＆D organizational systems. Then it studied the current situation of domestic oil companies＇ R＆D organizational systems. Based on these work, this article put forward some useful suggestion about how to consummate domestic oil companies＇ R＆D organizational systems.
