摘要
从建立房产管理地理信息系统的必要性出发,论述了房产地理信息系统图形、属性的一体化管理,房产平面图与房产分层分户图的一体化存储、管理与相互查询,房产信息属性的自由扩展、关联等问题。对房产管理地理信息系统的功能特点进行了系统地探讨,并以具体实例说明了房产地理信息系统的设计实现。
Considering the need of establishing the estate management geographic information system, this paper elaborated the integrated management of the estate geographic information system graph and attribute, discussed the integration to store, to manage and to inquire between the estate plane map and the estate map of floors and households, and finally analyzed the function characteristics of the system by giving concrete examples to show the design and implementation of the real estate geographic information system.
