摘要
应用流动分析仪测定了烟田土壤中的速效钾和缓效钾。结果表明，速效钾的RSD≤1．11％，回收率94．9％～102.6％；缓效钾的RSD≤2．55％，回收率95.2％～103．1％。流动分析仪适合于烟田土壤的速效钾和缓效钾含量的快速测定。
The available potassium （AP） and slow-release potassium （SRP） in tobacco field soil were determined with a flow autoanalyzer. The results indicated that the RSD and recovery of AP and SRP were ≤ 1.11% and 94.9% - 102.6% and ≤ 2.55% and 95.2% - 103.1% , respectively. The flow autoanalyzer was suitable for fast determination of AP and SRP in tobacco field soil.
