拉丝机所设置的动力，即电机功率的大小，生产厂家一般是按最大受力情况配备的。在实际生产过程中，一般达不到这个程度，所以可根据生产的钢丝规格加以适当调整，同时相应地将拉拔速度提高一些。经证明此法切实可行。
