摘要
目的:考察结合认知进行的体育锻炼对大学生心理健康多纬度的影响。方法:抽取江西师范大学SCL-90调查中心理因子得分≥3分的学生23名,采用分项形式对大学生进行认知-运动干预实验。结果:实验组干预后各心理因子得分明显低于干预前得分。健美操组在强迫、偏执性因子方面差异显著(p≤0.05);篮球组在抑郁因子上具有非常显著性差异(p≤0.01),敌意因子上具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:篮球与健美操的认知-运动干预能促使大学生的心理健康总体水平发生积极变化。
To explore the effects of exercise-intervention on college students' mental health, there are 23 students of Jiangxi Normal University whose scores of the mental factors are more than 3 in SCL-90 test. In the study, they are divided into control-test group and non-control test group. They are tested on exercise-cognition intervention. Compared with the noncontrol test group, in control-test group the scores of factors are lower than before. The difference is significant on forced factor and extreme factor in aerobic group (p ≤0.05). The difference is significant on depression factor (p≤0.01) and hostile factor (p 〈 0.05 ) in basket-ball group. Therefore, exercise-cognition intervention can promote the students' mental health.
