摘要
从中观层面上对社会主义新农村的建设问题进行思考,论述了高效特色产业在新农村建设中的地位与作用,并针对现实中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的对策与措施。
This paper aims at expounding the role that the efficient and characteristic industry plays in building new villages and presenting countermeasures concerning the actual problems.
