摘要
试从我国汽车业兼并重组的产业背景及动因入手分析,探讨我国汽车业兼并重组的主要模式及基本特征,分析认为目前汽车业重组基本形成了“外资主导、合资推进、政策支持、价值优先”的并购特征,本文最后提出了有效实施我国汽车业兼并重组的政策建议与措施。
