摘要
生育权是一项基本人权,属于政治概念范畴,也是一个法律概念。它是建立在人与人之间相互尊重基础上的现实的权利。生育权具有双向性特点。保障男女双方的生育权,是实现男女平等的具体表现,也是现代法治社会不可回避的问题。
Birthright which belongs to the scope of politics is a basic natural right for a man, and also a juristic concept. It depends on the respect between persons, which has bidirectional characters. To guarantee men and women＇ birthright is a concrete reflection to bring about the equality between men and women; and is also an unavoidable problem in modem legal society.
