摘要
矿业融资是中国矿业发展要解决的核心问题。随着矿业资本市场的不断完善和矿业企业融资渠道及融资方式多元化发展,矿业企业融资解决的关键问题是提高矿业融资的综合效益。因此,本文通过矿业融资渠道、融资方式、融资风险、融资成本和资本结构以及相互之间的影响分析,并依据矿业企业的特征、动态发展过程中所呈现出的不同风险程度,对矿业项目的不同阶段的融资策略进行了分析,为矿业企业实现以最小的融资成本,获取相对最大的融资收益目标提供了可借鉴的思路。
Money collecting is the key element which China should attach great emphasis to in its development of mining industry. With an increasingly improved money-collecting market and multi-level channels to raise money, it has been essentially important for mining industry to comprehensively increase the returns from its collected money. Therefore, based on the analysis of the possible channels to collect money, the potential risks and costs to do so and their intertwining influences with each other, and according to the features of the enterprises themselves and the various degrees of risk, this discourse will do some tentative research on the strategies in these different stages so that the mining enterprises can gain relatively bigger returns from its collected money at the cost as little as possible.
