摘要 目的探讨三维数字减影血管造影(3DDSA)在脑血管疾病中的诊断和治疗的价值。方法60例疑有脑血管病的患者均在3DDSA系统的操作床上行普通DSA,然后行三维重建成像处理,作出正确的诊断后,再根据3DDSA图片数据处理,拟定治疗方案。结果60例疑有脑血管病的患者行普通DSA检查,阳性率为90.0%,3DDSA处理后阳性率为95.0%。共确诊57例,其中脑动脉瘤29例,脑动静脉畸形16例,CCF 6例,烟雾病4例,血管狭窄2例。结论3DDSA能够提高脑血管病的检出率,明显优于普通DSA,对评价脑血管病的综合治疗有重要的价值。 Objective To evaluate the role of three - dimensional (DSA) in diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Methods (3D) digital subtraction angiography Standard DSA and 3DDSA were performed in 60 patients (aged 18 - 68yeaars)suspected to be with cerebrovascular disease. The schemes of treatment were worked out according to the results of 3DDSA. Results Positive of standard DSA and 3DDSA were 90.0% and 95.0% respectively in diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease. 57 cases had nosed,29 cases were aneurysms, 16 cases were arteriovenous malformation, 6 cases were CCF, and 2 been diagcases were intracranial artery stenosis. Conclusion 3DDSA is' of great value in diagnosing cerebrovascular disease . It can provide valuable information for cerebrovascular treatment that 2DDSA can not provide .
