摘要
我国正处于城市化快速发展时期,土地资源需求巨大,城市存量土地粗放利用,而耕地资源又严重不足。因此,城市土地集约与合理利用成为我国城市化与城市可持续发展的必然选择。从城市土地集约与合理利用的概念出发,通过介绍我国城市土地利用制度的改革历程,对制度变迁中的路径依赖和制度变迁的成本——效益进行分析。
In the period of rapid urbanization of China, demand of land resource is enormous, urban stock land is utilized extensively, and cultivated land resources are seriously insufficient. Therefore, intensified and rational use of urban land has becomes an inevitable choice in the urbanization and urban sustainable development of our country. This paper begins with the definition of urban land intensified and rational use and then analyzes the benefit through introducing the reform experience of urban land utilization institution.
