摘要
和传统的制造业一样,全球IT产业也正在经历一场持久而剧烈的变革。IT产业进入成本竞争阶段必然会引起新一轮的国际分工与重组。通过分析世界IT产业的发展方向及我国IT产业的现状,提出了我国如何利用经济全球化的环境,确立自己在IT产业国际分工中的地位的应对策略。
Same as the traditional manufacturing industry, the whole world IT industry is experiencing an enduring and acute transforming. IT industry enters cost competition stage that will cause the new international division of labor and re-organizes. How does China make use of economic globalization environment to establishes its position ought to cause our attention.
