摘要
FPSO放空燃烧的“伴生气”、油气处理设备泄漏及货油舱透气管释放出的油气中富含C3+轻烃,是重要能源。业主从回收能源、保护环境的理念出发,提出了从“南海奋进”号FPSO的轻烃中回收丙烷C3+(液化石油气LPG的主要成分)。该工程在国内外有关单位通力合作下,历经3年,于2006年11月回收LPG获得成功。FPSO不停产情况下实现就地改造,这是我国FPSO技术的重大突破。本文旨在着重阐述LPG回收改造设计中的某些关键技术。
The associated gas burning through the flare-tower and the gas released from the cargo oil tank and gas-oil equipment are important energy resources mainly containing hydrocarbon. It is proposed by the owner that the liquid propane gas in hydrocarbon in Nan Hai Fen Jin FPSO should be recovered for better energy utilization efficiency. With the efforts of many contractors home and abroad, the project took almost 3 years and the LPG recovery system was put into production successfully in November, 2006. The transforming project was carried out while the FPSO was still in operation at site. It is a great breakthrough in our FPSO technology. This paper describes some key techniques in the design of LPG recovery transforming project.
