摘要
传统的节水型社会评价过程复杂,往往带有很大的主观随意性,为了更科学、客观评价节水型社会水平,本着遵循科学、实用及简明的原则,应用层次分析法(AHP)确定节水型社会评价指标体系,构建人工神经网络(ANN)的节水型社会评价模型。仿真实验结果表明,该评价方法具有速度快、准确率高的优点,并得到了满意的评价结果,对于指导实际工作和正确评价节水型社会具有一定的推广价值。
The traditional appraised idea of water saving society has complex process, and it normally with great subjectivity. For more scientific and impersonal appraised the water saving society level. This article determined water saving society appraised index system which applied with AHP by scientific, applied and simple principle. The result of emulational test indicates that this method has advantage of quick velocity and high accuracy. This result also get approving appraised result and have some spread value to the accurate job and appraising.
