摘要
一、发展中国家对外直接投资理论综述
（一）产业优化升级理论。英国里丁大学坎特威尔认为，发展中国家跨国公司对外直接投资受其国内产业结构和内生技术创新能力的影响。一是发展中国家企业技术能力通过不断的积累而获得了稳步提高和扩大，由此产生产业结构不断升级的需要。二是发展中国家企业技术能力的提高与积累直接促进了对外直接投资的增长。
With the smooth establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,China＇s direct investment toward ASEAN has been increasing greatly since then, but, it also faces many difficulties and hindrance. The paper which based on the theory of direct investment,expeund the need of China＇s acceleration of direct investment toward ASEAN, analyzing the factor of hindrance from the aspect of finance and provide corresponding suggestion.
