摘要
采用双向牵引治疗股骨转子下不稳定型骨折的方法，既符合平衡牵引的原理而使骨折达到满意的对位，又能克服单向牵引长期存在骨折复位后难以维持良好对位的缺点，它是一种能提高本类骨折临床治疗效果的有效方法。
The unstable fracture of the subtrochanteric region of the femur could be treated withthe bidirection-pull method,which not only tallies with the rule of the balance-pull for making thefracture be in the satisfactory order,but also overs the defects of the mono-direction-pull which couldn'tkeep the correct order for the post-fracture rehabilitation. So that,the bidirection-pull method is theeffective method to increase the clinic treating effects for the unstable fracture of the subtrochantericregion of the femur.
