摘要
应用Pro/E的3D实体建模功能建立了三维整体编织预制件的单胞模型,包括内部单胞、表面单胞和棱角单胞。模型中真实反映了纤维尺寸和纱线走向。基于编织工艺参数间的关系,在Pro/E中实现了参数化设计,不同编织角下的各种单胞模型可自动生成。作为三维编织预制件中的周期排列微观结构,参数化单胞的建立为进一步研究三维整体编织复合材料的性能提供了便于应用的理论分析模型。
In this paper utilizing the characteristics of 3D entity modeling of Pro/E, 3 D braiding preform unit cell models such as interior unit cell, surface unit cell and comer unit cell are established. These models show exactly dimensions and paths of yam. Parameterized models are designed based on Pro/E considering the relationship of the braiding parameters. Every kinds of unit cell models can automatically created under different braiding angles. For further property research of 3D braiding composites, as the periodicity microstructure, the unit cell may offer convenient theoretic analysis models. parameterized
