摘要
提出了一种在相对自然的环境条件下进行人脸朝向方向(FO)分析的算法.先通过粗略的基于多摄像头的密度算法实现人脸朝向方向的粗略的朝向分析;然后根据初步朝向结果选举最合适的单个摄像头来继续更精细的朝向分析;并且通过获得的最终的人脸朝向方向来控制一个投影仪的投影方向,实现投影仪投影方向自动适应人脸朝向的新型人机交互方式.通过本文工作,初步建立了一个研究人脸朝向问题的试验平台,并且利用该试验平台来完成一个新型人机交互的应用实例,为人脸朝向在人机交互方面的其他应用系统奠定试验基础.
A new approach to human facial-orientation (FO) analysis in the natural environment is presented in this paper. The approach can realize the tracking and locating of a face in any FO, and get an accurate FO via extensive analysis of the region of the face in images. First, a multi-camera method was used to get a FO of rough granularity; then, the most appropriate camera was selected to be the main one to proceed with a mono-camera method in order to get FO of accurate granularity;finally, the exact angle of FO is used as a real-time input to realize an automatic direction-matching projector. To make it more convenient to process FO research, an experimental platform was also established. This will allow experiments on other applications using FO information to be done using this platform in future research.
