摘要

Objective To evaluate the changes in blood lipids,myocardial enzymes after levothyroxine treatment in the patients with primary hypothyroidism.Methods Thirty-six patients with primary hypothyroidism were recruited.All patients were examined before and 4 weeks,12 weeks after levothyroxine treatment.Fasting blood FT3、FT4、TSH, total cholesterol（TC）, triglycerid （TG）,low density lipoprotein （LDL）,aspartate amino - transferase （AST）,creatinine kinase （CK）,and CKMB, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） were determined. Results The primary hypothyroidism could result in the significantly increasement of lipids,myocardial enzymes.After substitutive therapy for 12 weeks,thyroid function guadually improved to normal.TC,LDL,myocardial enzymes were significantly decreased.Conclusion The administration of levothyroxine to patients with primary hypothyroidism makes the elevated myocardial enzymes and TC,LDL significantly decreased.
