原发性甲状腺功能减退症治疗前后血脂和心肌酶谱的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察原发性甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者应用左旋甲状腺素(优甲乐)治疗后血脂、心肌酶谱的变化。方法原发性甲减患者36例,在诊断初和经左旋甲状腺素治疗4周、12周时分别测定空腹血清FT3、FT4、TSH、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸磷酸肌酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果甲减可致血脂、心肌酶谱显著增高,优甲乐替代治疗12周后,甲状腺功能逐渐恢复正常,TC、LDL-C、心肌酶谱均明显下降。结论原发性甲减患者应用左旋甲状腺素治疗可显著降低TC、LDL-C及心肌酶谱水平。目的观察原发性甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者应用左旋甲状腺素(优甲乐)治疗后血脂、心肌酶谱的变化。方法原发性甲减患者36例,在诊断初和经左旋甲状腺素治疗4周、12周时分别测定空腹血清FT3、FT4、TSH、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸磷酸肌酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果甲减可致血脂、心肌酶谱显著增高,优甲乐替代治疗12周后,甲状腺功能逐渐恢复正常,TC、LDL-C、心肌酶谱均明显下降。结论原发性甲减患者应用左旋甲状腺素治疗可显著降低TC、LDL-C及心肌酶谱水平。 Objective To evaluate the changes in blood lipids,myocardial enzymes after levothyroxine treatment in the patients with primary hypothyroidism.Methods Thirty-six patients with primary hypothyroidism were recruited.All patients were examined before and 4 weeks,12 weeks after levothyroxine treatment.Fasting blood FT3、FT4、TSH, total cholesterol(TC), triglycerid (TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL),aspartate amino - transferase (AST),creatinine kinase (CK),and CKMB, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were determined. Results The primary hypothyroidism could result in the significantly increasement of lipids,myocardial enzymes.After substitutive therapy for 12 weeks,thyroid function guadually improved to normal.TC,LDL,myocardial enzymes were significantly decreased.Conclusion The administration of levothyroxine to patients with primary hypothyroidism makes the elevated myocardial enzymes and TC,LDL significantly decreased.
