摘要
目的：提高肾错构瘤术前诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析7例肾错构瘤的影象学表现。结果肾错构瘤IVP无特异性表现，在B超、CT检查上有特征性表现。结论B超、CT为肾结构瘤的首选检查方法。
Purpose： To improve the accurate diagnosis rate for renal angiomyolipoma （RAL） before operation. Methods： Data of the imaging and pathological characteristics of 7 cases of patients with renal angiomyolipoma that proved by surgery pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Intravenos pyelography （IVP） did not depict any specifi imaging for RAL. Ultrasonography （US） and computerized tomography （CT） depicted specific characteristics for RAL. Conclusions： It is uidely accepted that the us. CT is the best method of imaging examination.
