摘要
土地资源作为支撑经济增长最重要的要素之一,其被利用程度与经济发展有着密切的关系。分析了天津经济技术开发区土地利用的现状与经济增长之间的关系,并通过大量的调查数据以及与经济发展水平类似的省、市土地利用情况对比,本着“适度集约”的思想,指出目前天津经济技术开发区的土地资源已成为制约经济增长的一大瓶颈,拓展新的发展空间势在必行。
As one of the most important determinants contributing to economic growth, land resources and the degree of its usability are closely related to the development of economy.The status quo of how land resources in TEDA is exploited and its relationship with the economic development are anolyzed zone. based on considerable amount of survey figures, large quantity of comparisons of land resources exploiting in different provincial and municipal districts that are of the similar level as well as the ideology oF＇proper intensivism＂.it is illustrated ted that the limited land resources has become a bottleneck on the way of economic development in TEDA and a land expansion is inevitalole.
