摘要
分析了用汽油清洗的减压轴氮碳共渗后产生花斑的原因,通过去污机理的研究,比较了几种表面活性剂的渗透、分散能力,选择辛烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯酸-10为清洗剂的主要成份。
The causes to form specks on the surface of axis of reducing pressure, cleaned with gasoline before Nitrocarburising are discussed. Through the research of the mechanism of decontamination, the paper compares the permeability and dispersive power of several surface active agents. Tx-10 is selected as a necessary component of cleaner.
