摘要
内涵发展因素是高校图书馆可持续发展的关键,充分挖掘和运用内涵发展因素对高校图书馆具有积极的现实意义。高校图书馆应该从多个层面对内涵发展因素进行挖掘和运用。
The soft power is a necessary component of the comprehensive powers of college libraries. The enhancement of soft power has an active realistic significance for the development of college libraries. The approach to enhanced soft power is expounded in two aspects which include the interior and exterior function of college libraries.
