摘要
目的:探讨经颅侵袭性垂体腺瘤切除手术患者的围手术期护理方法。方法:对15例经颅侵袭性垂体腺瘤切除术患者,术前术后精心护理,加强支持治疗和并发症对症处理。结果:本组侵袭性垂体瘤全切除和次全切除率为80%,无手术死亡,无严重手术并发症。结论:侵袭性垂体腺瘤经颅手术,创伤大,并发症较多,加强围手术期护理是保障患者手术成功的重要环节。
Objective： Meticulous nursing care was given to 15 patients with invasive pituitary adenoma treated with transcranial resection preoperatively and postoperatively, and supportive treatment and therapy of complication were enhanced. Results： Total and subtotal resection rate was 80% and no surgical died case and occurrence of severe complication. Conclusion ： It is important to strengthen perioperative nursing care so as to ensure the success of operation due to the large wound and multi complications resulted from the surgery.
