摘要
根据北京市社会体育设施和人们锻炼身体目的需要,采用查阅文献、社会调查、数理统计等方法,对北京市人口比较多的城区的社会体育指导员现状和素质进行调查分析,指出我国社会体育指导员这一新兴体育行业在发展中存在的一些问题,提出相应的解决办法。
In reference to the social sports facilities and people＇s requirement of physical exercises through literature, investigation and mathematic statistics, this paper made a survey of current situation and the social sports instructors in more densely populated districts in Beijing and found out the key problems need to be solved in the new trade of social sports instructor, finally presented its countermeasures.
