摘要
对西方著名经济学家关于外部性理论的论述进行了简要的介绍,并对当前西部地区外部性状况进行了分析,在此基础上提出了西部资源可持续发展的对策。
This paper briefly introduces the externality theory which the famous western economist dissertated, and analyzes the current externality existing in the west region. On that base, the paper advances ,some countermeasures of west resource sustainable development to solve the external diseconomy problems.
