摘要
信息技术企业是知识密集型企业,人力资源是其发展的核心战略资源。本文基于对陕西近200家信息技术企业人力资源战略管理实际调研数据的分析,发现陕西信息技术企业人力资源战略管理存在着实施率低,实施效果不佳的问题,在此基础上分析了产生问题的原因,提出了优化和改进陕西信息技术企业人力资源战略管理的主要对策。
An information technology enterprise is an enterprise of knowledge denseness. Human resource is the core strategic resource of information technology enterprise. In this paper, based on the analysis of survey data about 200 information technology enterprises of Shaanxi, it is found that the rate of implement of human resource strategic management is lower and the effect of implement is not good. Then the reasons of problem is analyzed, and the measures of the optimization and reformation of human resource strategic management of information technology enterprises of Shaanxi are explored.
