摘要
目的探讨小儿紫癜性肾炎中血小板参数与肾间质血管损害的关系。方法应用全自动血细胞计数仪，对39例紫癜性肾炎患儿血小板计数（BPC）、血小板平均体积（MPV）、血小板压积（PCT）、血小板分布密度（PDW）进行检测，并行肾活检观察肾间质血管损害情况。结果紫癜性肾炎肾间质血管损害中～重度组BPC和MPV均明显高于无～轻度损害组（P〈0．05）。结论血小板参与过敏性紫癜肾间质血管损害的过程，联合抗血小板和抗凝治疗有可能延缓或减轻肾脏损害。
[Objective] To discuss the relationship between platelet parameters and renal interstitum vascular lesions in children with purpura nephritis. [Methods] Blood corpuscle analyzer was used to test the blood platelet count （BPC）, mean platelet volume （MPV）, platelet crit （PCT） and platelet distribution width （PDW） of 39 children with purpura nephritis, and renal interstitum vascular lesions were observed by renal biopsy. [Results] The values of MPV and PDW were obviously higher in the midrange-severe group than the negative-slight group with vascular lesions （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Platelet is involved in the process of renal interstitum vascular lesions, so conjoint treatment with anti-platelet and anti-coagulation may delay or alleviate kidney lesion.
