摘要
农业劳动力转移是我国社会经济发展的难点,发展中小企业是解决这个问题的有效途径。文章从发展经济学的角度阐述了农业劳动力转移的现实依据,同时分析了我国目前中小企业发展现状和中小企业吸纳农业富余劳动力的可行性,提出了我国在新形势下解决农业富余劳动力转移问题的建议。
It is a difficult matter in social economic development to transfer agricultural surplus labor in China. An effective way to the diffieuh is to develop S＆M firms. The paper accounts for reason for transference of r agricultural surplus labor on the theory of Development Economics .It analysis the status quo of small and medium sized firms （S＆M） in our country and feasibility of S＆M to accommodate agricultural surplus labor. It puts forward to suggestion for solving problem on agricultural surplus labor.
