摘要
为了研究再生集料的强度、含水率、取代率等因素对再生混凝土性能的影响,利用AutoPoreⅣ9510型光导材料细空隙测定仪等仪器分析了不同再生集料掺量下混凝土的微观构造及性能变化规律.研究表明,当再生集料的掺量不超过60%时,再生混凝土的坍落度、抗压强度等性能下降,通过适当调整再生混凝土的配比,可以满足水泥混凝土施工技术规范要求.
The performance of the recycled cement concrete is influenced by a great deal of factors, such as compressive strength of recycled aggregates, water content, replacement ratio etc. This test uses the Auto Pore IV mercury porosimeter to analyze the microstructure and performance of recycled concrete with different mixing proportion of recycled aggregate. Studies have shown that if the mixing proportion of the recycled aggregate is less than 60 %, then some properties, such as slump of the recycled concrete, compression strength etc., will drop to some extent. Through adjusting mixing proportion can meet the specification requirement.
