摘要
结合地下洞库群工程的现状,深入研究了地下洞库群工程成本控制系统的模型构成,对成本控制系统的开发进行了详细的分析和设计。首先从三大目标之间的关系入手,论述了质量与成本之间的关系,分析了如何在确保工期与质量的前提下,使成本达到最优。其次,详细论述了如何应用现代化的管理技术——价值工程,进行施工项目成本控制。该系统经完善后可直接在地下洞库群施工项目管理中推广应用。
Considering the actuality of underground structure group engineering, the model of cost control system of underground structure group engineering is deeply researched and how to develop a cost control system is discussed. The study starts on the relations of three targets （ quality, schedule and cost ）, this thesis presents the relation of the quality and the cost first. At the same time it analyzes how to make the cost optimal under the precondition of insuring the schedule and quality. Then this thesis discusses cost control in construction project with applying modem management technique - value engineering. This system can be applied to construction project management of underground structure group engineering.
