摘要
水力冲砂法具有一次冲砂量大、清洗井底完全、工艺简单的特点,目前现场一般用清水正冲。文章研究的目的是研究合理的冲砂液流量和冲砂压力既做到将砂粒冲出地面又不在井底对地层造成新的伤害。文中将井筒和地层作为一个整体来进行考虑,利用井筒中流体动力学原理和砂粒质点运动原理,得到水力冲砂的最优冲砂液流量和冲砂液压力。最终得到既能冲砂又不伤害储层的合理冲砂工作制度,并给出了实例。这为现场冲砂工作制度的选择提供了参考。
Waterpower sand washing has the characters of large quantity sand washing at once, completely rinse bottom hole, and simple craft. For the moment, we commonly use rinsing square impact. The purpose of this article is research the rational flow rate of sand cleaning fluid and the pressure of sand washing to let the sand grain flew out floor, and not engender new pollution for the strata at bottom hole. In this paper, we considered borehole and strata as one whole, utilized hydrodynamic principle in borehole and sand grain particle movement theory to get the optimum sand washing flow rate and sand washing pressure of waterpower sand washing. Finally, we got the rational working system and gave out the example, it’s able to sand washing and doesn’t pollute reservoir. The research supplied reference for the selection of working system of waterpower sand washing.
