摘要
基础教育新课程改革进入攻坚阶段。但成熟、完善、科学的教育评价体系和机制远未形成,课程领导和课程决策存在失误,课程改革的投入严重不足和失衡,课程改革本身存在着缺陷,高等教育特别是高等师范教育不能适应改革等因素,阻碍改革的继续深入,应加以正确认识,并着力去解决。
The new curriculum reform of elementary education has entered in an all round popularizing phase. But the mature, perfect and scientific education evaluating systems and mechanisms haven' t been formed; there have been some mistakes in the curriculum leadership and strategies; the input of curriculum reform has been seriously insufficient and unbalanced ; curriculum reform itseff has existed shortcomings ; and higher education, especially higher nor- mal education can not adjust to reform. So, in order to take some appropriate measures, we should fully realize the resistance in the reform. Otherwise, there will be more worries about the prospects for the new curriculum reform.
