摘要
采用虫体捣碎浸提法,用乙醇、氯仿、丙酮、水4种溶剂浸提青翅蚁形隐翅虫成虫毒素,浸提效果为:氯仿浸提率>乙醇浸提率>丙酮浸提率>水浸提率。采用叶片夹毒法测得乙醇、丙酮、氯仿、水4种溶剂毒素浸提物的LD50依次为:0.311 7、0.009 0、0.421 3、0.4751μg/g。乙醇、氯仿、丙酮、水4种溶剂浸提物对3~4龄的菜青虫非选择性拒食率24 h时依次为88.38%、79.07%、89.60%、69.77%;48 h时依次为85.25%、72.27%、83.85%、44.21%。
Toxicity determinations of toxic extracts from Paederus fuscipes Curtis against Pieris rapae were studied using four different solvents (ethanol, acetone, chloroform and water). The result showed that the toxic extraction efficacy of four different solvents were chloroform 〉 ethanol 〉 acetone 〉 water. LD50 of the four solvents toxic extractions were 0.274 5 ug/g ethanol, 0.007 8 ug/g acetone, 0.421 07 ug/g chloroform and 0.442 42 ug/g water. All the solvents had very good anti-feeding effect, the rate of which were 88.38 %,79.07 % ,89.60 % and 69.77 % after 24h, 85.25 %, 72.27 %, 83.85 % and 44.21% after 48 h, respectively.
