从基础工作、日常工作、专业工作三方面介绍了建筑物使用阶段的土建技术管理内容,以保证管理工作有序、高效、持续地进行,从而保证了建筑物的结构性能和使用功能。
The following paper introduces the contents of civil engineering teehnical management at application stage of building from basic work, routine work and professional work, in order to carry out management work orderly, high-efficiently and continuously and to ensure the structural performance and operational function of building.
