摘要
本文对奥斯特罗姆的公共经济思想进行了概括,认为奥斯特罗姆的公共经济思想主要体现在物品的多样性和相对性、集体消费单位的多样性、获得集体物品途径的可选择性、集体物品制度安排的相对性等方面,并阐述了奥斯特罗姆公共经济思想的政治哲学意义。
this article outlined Austerom＇s Idea of Public Economy, held that Austerom＇s ideas of public economy is mainly embodied in variety and relativity of goods, variety of mass consumption, alternatives of obtaining collective goods, relativity of arrangement of collective goods, and it expounded its Political and Philosophical Significance.
