摘要
本文以一个民族村寨为个案,探讨了当前民族地区新农村文化建设的现状和问题:包括建设的重点、主体、组织与参与等,提出民族地区新农村建设应以文化建设与经济建设并重,农民要成为新农村文化建设的主体,政府要当好组织者,广大农民尤其是农民工要成为新农村文化建设的积极参与者。
Taking a minority village as a case study , this article investigated the existing problems on culture building of new countryside construction in minority region： including the emphasis, the subject, organization and participation, and pointed out that culture building and economy building should be both valued , peasants be the main subject , government be good organiser, peasants especially the peasant workers be active participants in culture building of new countryside construction.
