摘要
无排气管VFD排气机是生产无排VFD的关键设备。在介绍无排气管VFD立式排气机的结构设计方案的基础上,重点讨论了真空头、封口装置、真空盒的关键技术及其特点。实践证明,新设计开发的无排气管VFD立式排气机的设计合理、制造成本低,具有推广应用前景。
VFD Exhauster without vent is a key machine to VFD equipments. The design plan of the VFD exhauster without vent is introduced. The key technique and the characteristics of the vacuum header, seal device and vacuum box are focused on. The application results indicate that the design of the VFD exhauster is reasonable and economical. Hence, the design method for such an exhauster could be popularized in applications.
